What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made. If there is an issue with the product, please contact via email with issues.

Can I wash my headband?

All headbands should be washed on a cold, gentle cycle. I recommend putting them in a garment bag to ensure they're not lost inside the washer, like those socks you can't find the match too, lay flat to dry.

How long is processing and shipping time?

Current processing time is 2-3 business days, with day one being the day after your order is placed. Shipping time is 2-6 business days (per USPS) after your order is taken to the post office, tracking will update as soon as the package is scanned in by the mail carrier. 

Do you have rush shipping?

If you need your package faster, please select express shipping for a faster carrier/priority. Please keep in mind this rushes the shipping times, NOT processing time.
